STRAY
Stray lives on the edges of the city, in those in-between places where the street meets the wild. Found on walls, doorways and weathered surfaces, he quietly occupies spaces that are often overlooked.
The fox has long been associated with adaptability and survival, and Stray embodies both. Around his front paw is a piece of blue rope. It's not a real tether, but a symbolic one. Although he has broken free, he still carries a reminder of where he's been.
Like many of us, Stray is shaped by the things he has experienced. The blue rope represents the memories, connections and experiences that stay with us, even when we've moved on. They become part of our story rather than something that holds us back.
Stray isn't lost and he isn't trapped. He is resilient, curious and quietly hopeful. He continues to move forward, finding his place between the human world and the natural one. Through these works Stray explores ideas of belonging, freedom and the invisible threads that connect us to our past while still allowing us to grow.
A small companion in overlooked places, watching as life happens around him. Stray offers quiet reassurance that the moment will pass, that time moves, and that even on the outskirts, you are not alone.
